*Full Time Year Round Retail Store Manager ($50,000 - $65,000 with benefits)

Fisherman's Daughter is seeking a Store Manager for our fun and fast paced retail store in Chatham Massachusetts.  Qualified candidates should have an interest in business management and a desire to understand coastal resort fashion trends with at least 1+ years experience in Clothing Retail Sales and a desire to excel in a Management Position.  The job will require a flexible go with the flow work schedule especially during the summer months when our shifts also require evening hours.  You will be expected to greet and help our customers, drive sales on the sales floor, organize and merchandise inventory as well as motivate and manage our other employees to do the same.  Compensation is based on experience and whether you require housing.  Housing is available to candidates needing to relocate along with health insurance with a full time year round commitment.

*Full Time Seasonal Sales Associate 

Fisherman's Daughter is seeking two Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team during our busy summer season.  Potential start date is flexible between mid May and mid June but must be available to work until late August or Labor Day if possible.  The job will require a flexible go with the flow work schedule and our shifts also require evening hours.  Holidays and weekend hours are a must.  You will be expected to greet and help our customers, drive sales on the sales floor, and organize, price, and restock inventory.  Compensation and summer bonus based on experience and full time availability.  Employee discount available.  Housing and benefits are not available.

*Part Time Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate

Fisherman's Daughter is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team on weekends during our fall/winter holiday season.  Potential start date is flexible between mid September and late October but must be available to work through the first week of January 2024. The job will require a flexible go with the flow work schedule and our shifts also require evening hours.  Weekend hours are a must.  You will be expected to greet and help our customers, drive sales on the sales floor, and organize, price, and restock inventory.  Compensation based on experience.  Employee discount available.  Housing and benefits are not available.
